1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "77fdc", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 77fdc platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://77fdc.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77fdc platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on the 77fdc platform.
• "Platform" means the 77fdc website, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any other digital service operated under the 77fdc brand.
• "Services" means all betting, casino gaming, payment processing, promotional, and support services offered by 77fdc.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a player's 77fdc account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77fdc platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any real-money service on the 77fdc platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. 77fdc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds, including any winnings, will be forfeited.

Residency & Access. The 77fdc platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. You represent and warrant that your use of the platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your location.

Registration Accuracy. When creating your account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Single Account Rule. Each person may hold only one registered account on the 77fdc platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 77fdc uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any associated balances or winnings may be voided.

Account Approval. 77fdc reserves the right to decline a registration application or close a newly created account at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason.

4 Account Management

Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 77fdc staff will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

Account Security. You must notify the 77fdc support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 77fdc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.

KYC Verification. 77fdc may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.

Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 77fdc support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements and any applicable withdrawal processing times. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. 77fdc processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned to the source.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. 77fdc does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered mobile wallet, typically within 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 77fdc reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Limits. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within the account dashboard. 77fdc reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests before processing.

Dormant Account Policy. An account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. 77fdc reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by the contact details on their account before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance after dormancy fees will still be returnable to the account holder upon verified request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 77fdc are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods will be stated per promotion. Bets placed on certain game categories (for example, live dealer baccarat or low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse. 77fdc reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated or low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent; and collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. When a withdrawal is requested while a player holds both real-money Funds and Bonus Funds, real-money Funds will ordinarily be used or withdrawn first. Any remaining Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement at the time of a withdrawal request may be forfeited, depending on the specific promotion terms.

77fdc's Discretion. 77fdc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively affect players who are already in the process of meeting a wagering requirement in good faith.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on 77fdc — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published on the platform. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, 77fdc reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

Casino & Live Games. Casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and instant win products are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published per game title in the game information panel. The result of each game round is final once the game engine has confirmed the outcome.

Void Bets. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fdc platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events offered on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, including poker or live table games, to manipulate outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Conducting transactions on the platform that constitute or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Reverse-engineering, hacking, or otherwise attempting to interfere with the platform's software, servers, or security systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or miscalculated odds beyond a reasonable recognition that an error has occurred.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 77fdc staff or other platform users.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability. 77fdc endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect access. 77fdc shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform unavailability.

Consequential Loss. 13 Amendments & Termination

The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination by 77fdc. 77fdc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirement, or as a responsible gaming measure. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Termination by Player. You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to the 77fdc support team. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to account decisions, bet settlement, or payment processing, should in the first instance be submitted to the 77fdc support team for internal resolution.

Complaints Procedure.
